Omnissa is a digital work platform built to support flexible, secure, work-from-anywhere experiences. The Founding GTM Engineer will define the GTM Engineering roadmap, partner with senior leaders, and build systems used by teams across every region.
What You Will Do
Define the GTM Engineering roadmap, build and ship systems, and report impact through coverage, conversion, pipeline, attribution, time saved, and cost per qualified account.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience building GTM systems, fluency across GTM Engineering use cases, and understanding of the GTM tech stack and architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years building GTM systems in B2B software
- Fluency across GTM Engineering use cases in pre-sale, post-sale, RevOps, and marketing
- Understanding of the GTM tech stack and architecture
- Hands-on Clay experience in a production environment
- Strong Salesforce skills
- Comfort with APIs, JSON, and SQL, plus some scripting
- Experience using LLMs in production workflows
- A builder’s track record: scoped, shipped, and driven adoption of something new
- Understanding of the enterprise B2B software sales cycle
- Ability to turn business problems into scalable systems and explain tradeoffs to non-technical leaders
- Comfort with ambiguity and end-to-end ownership
