Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator manages the day-to-day operations, configuration, and user support for the Salesforce environment at One More Child.

What You Will Do

Manage user and license administration, troubleshoot issues, perform Salesforce configuration changes, and provide user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• At least five years’ experience working with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
• Proactive approach to platform improvements and user experience
• Experience creating training materials and supporting users
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
