Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Role Overview

The Sr. Financial Analyst will report to OneOncology’s Manager, FP&A, and be responsible for a wide range of activities including financial planning, forecasting, headcount management, and analysis.

What You Will Do

Build and manage corporate budget, forecast, and headcount models, provide monthly reporting to department leaders, and create, maintain, and improve reporting decks and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably Finance, Business, or Accounting)
• 2-4 years of professional experience
• Workday Adaptive Planning or other financial systems experience a plus
• Experience with AI a plus
