Senior Financial Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Sr. Manager, Financial Operations will report to the Director of Financial Operations and play a highly visible role supporting OneOncology’s leadership team. This position is ideal for a finance leader who enjoys partnering across the organization, influencing strategic decisions, and helping scale a fast-growing healthcare platform.

What You Will Do

Transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive business performance, leading key financial planning processes, and developing meaningful KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting)
• 5-7+ years of broad financial leadership or financial operations experience
• Experience working within the healthcare industry, with physician practices, or within a private equity-backed portfolio company strongly preferred
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience a plus
