The Senior Principal Lead of Product Marketing Management for Vehicle Electrification will develop and execute a multi-year product strategy for electrification ICs, oversee product lifecycle, and lead global go-to-market execution. Responsibilities include strategic roadmap development, market intelligence, go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, cross-functional leadership, ecosystem development, and P&L management.
Requirements
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute a multi-year product strategy for electrification ICs
- Market Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape, including SiC and GaN advancements
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead global product launches, including pricing strategy, distribution channels, and sales enablement materials
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary technical and business contact for key automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with R&D, Applications Engineering, and Operations
- Ecosystem Development: Build and manage strategic partnerships with software providers, reference design partners, and industry bodies
- P&L Management: Manage the Product Line’s financial health, including revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and investment ROI
