Lead FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

Join our fast-paced business with ambitious growth plans as a Lead FP&A Analyst. You will report to the Head of FP&A and have an onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA. As an FP&A Lead, you will prepare and analyse financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, and business performance against key targets.

What You Will Do

Prepare and analyse financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, and business performance against key targets. Analyse sales, cost, margin, cash flow, inventory, and operational KPIs to identify drivers and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience
• Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, or management reporting
• Experience working with financial models, data analysis, or performance reporting tools
• Ability to work effectively with operational and finance stakeholders and translate financial information into practical actions
• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace is desirable
• Experience with Visual and OneStream is preferred
