Role Overview

The Senior Director of Product Marketing leads the global product marketing strategy for X-Ray/OCD and hybrid solutions used in advanced semiconductor process control. This role is responsible for driving market leadership across logic, foundry, and memory customers by defining differentiated positioning, accelerating adoption at advanced nodes, and aligning product innovation with evolving fab requirements.

Key responsibilities include owning the product marketing strategy, defining market segmentation, identifying adoption drivers, partnering with Product Management and R&D, and tracking technology inflections.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical marketing
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Deep hands-on experience with X-Ray/OCD/scatterometry metrology
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor process control and advanced nodes
