Role Overview
OnTrac is hiring an Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions and business intelligence dashboards. The role partners with business units to understand requirements, analyze complex datasets, and deliver high-quality reporting and visualization tools.
What You Will Do
The Analytics Engineer will create, update, and maintain data sources, metadata, and technical documentation. They will also collaborate with IT engineers to optimize data pipelines and ETL processes, and identify opportunities to improve, automate, and standardize data and analytics processes.

Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Extensive understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and industry terminology
- Knowledge of standard office software and technologies
- Knowledge of key data tools and deployment processes
