Role Overview
The ANZ B2B Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy to drive measurable pipeline and adoption across Australia and New Zealand. They will partner with cross-functional teams to set local priorities, activate relevant programs, and bring ANZ customer and market insights into broader planning.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B, enterprise, field, demand generation, or integrated marketing, with substantial ANZ B2B market experience
- Proven experience driving measurable B2B pipeline and adoption through integrated demand generation, field marketing, events, and content programs
- Proven experience building and executing account-based marketing (ABM) programs for strategic enterprise accounts, with measurable account engagement and pipeline impact
- Strong understanding of enterprise and mid-market buying dynamics across Australia and New Zealand, including trust, risk, privacy, procurement, partner influence, and stakeholder alignment
- Full professional English fluency with strong writing, editing, and content production judgment for audiences across Australia and New Zealand
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, Legal, Partnerships, and regional and global teams
- Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple programs, agencies, vendors, budgets, and stakeholders
- Analytical ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline, account engagement, adoption, and business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to own market strategy and hands-on execution, prioritise investment, and build repeatable marketing capabilities in ambiguous environments
- Strong stakeholder influence and ability to bring local customer and market insight into regional and global planning
- Proven ability to build and execute integrated marketing plans across relevant B2B channels, including brand, digital, and influencer channels
