Role Overview

The Data Scientist, Analytics Enablement will turn complex financial and business questions into reliable data products, clear analyses, and actionable recommendations. The role will work across the analytical workflow: define the question, establish trustworthy metrics and datasets, investigate the drivers, and help partners act on the findings.

What You Will Do

Define and maintain trusted metrics and analytical datasets, build automated dashboards and recurring reporting, explain movements in business results, and translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and practical recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and analytical data-modeling skills
• Experience turning large, complex datasets into reliable analyses and reusable data products
• Ability to reason carefully about metrics, cohorts, denominators, measurement changes, and uncertainty
• Experience building dashboards or recurring reporting used by business partners
• Sound business judgment and ability to independently scope an ambiguous problem, prioritize the work, and deliver an end-to-end solution
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and work effectively with Finance, data scientists, engineers, and other business partners
• Experience using Python or a comparable analytical tool to investigate data and automate repetitive work
