Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Product Marketing Manager will contribute to the broader mission of ensuring responsible and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence by developing and executing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and usage for OpenAI’s products and platform among core audiences.

What You Will Do

As a Product Marketer, you will own the consumer lifecycle email program, turning product launches and customer insights into campaigns that drive activation, engagement, retention, and paid adoption. You will set the channel strategy and roadmap, develop compelling messaging and creative, and lead campaigns from brief through launch and measurement.

  • Analytical judgment, including experience with A/B testing, holdouts, and measuring incremental impact
  • Ability to build strong partnerships across Product, Marketing, Design, Data Science, and Engineering
