Content Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing OpenEye’s social media presence, supporting content creation across multiple channels, and keeping the content team’s projects organized and on track.

What You Will Do

Manage, slot, and sequence the social media content calendar, write and publish copy across social media platforms and other marketing channels, support the Senior Designer by producing content using pre-built templates and sourced imagery, and monitor social media performance and engagement analytics.

You will work closely with the Senior Designer, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent, on-brand delivery across all touchpoints. You’ll stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats, proactively bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of social media management and content creation experience
• Skilled in managing and executing social media content calendars across multiple platforms
• Strong copywriter with an understanding of how to tailor voice and tone across platforms and audiences
• Proven experience using Jira or other project management tools to manage tasks and coordinate workflows
• Familiar with social media analytics and comfortable using data to inform content decisions and optimizations
