Role Overview

The Senior Sales Operations Manager will serve as the primary operations partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, owning the Revenue organization’s operating cadence, preparing the CRO for meetings, and driving commitments to closure.

The role involves owning metrics, running the weekly forecast process, driving major cross-functional initiatives, and serving as the working lead to the sales analyst team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in sales operations, revenue operations, business analytics, or a finance function supporting a go-to-market organization

  • Experience partnering with or directly supporting a senior revenue executive
  • Advanced analytical and modeling capability
  • Deep hands-on proficiency with Salesforce
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Program management discipline
  • Demonstrated AI-first working habits

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related analytical discipline
