Role Overview

The Strategic Partner Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, partner activation, and strategic alignment with assigned partners. They will manage a book of partner relationships, partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to activate partners, create joint go-to-market motions, and drive pipeline. This role combines relationship management, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and execution.

What You Will Do

The SPM will manage a portfolio of strategic partners, drive sourced and influenced revenue, and deliver consistent partner value. They will maintain consistent touchpoints, drive quarterly business reviews, align on joint strategies, and keep partners accountable to their OpenSesame revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a partner-facing role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and partner activation
  • Strong relationship management and commercial acumen skills
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations)
  • Experience with AI-powered tools and technologies
