Marketing Manager – Germany

Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager for Germany at OpenTable, you will define and execute our B2C and B2B growth strategy in Germany, with additional support across Austria and Switzerland. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through a highly localized approach.

What You Will Do

Partner with regional marketing leadership and global channel owners to define and execute the B2C and B2B brand and performance marketing strategy for the region. Manage the full lifecycle of localized consumer content and campaigns, including organic social strategy, influencer programs, local media productions, local partnerships, and paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in brand, content, or digital marketing.
• Fluency in German and business-proficient English to work effectively within an international team.
• Proven track record of building and executing cohesive social media strategies across organic and paid formats to drive conversions.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the proven ability to leverage data, marketing platforms, and business intelligence tools to drive strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional stakeholder management and complex project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
