Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Scientist with a passion for data, statistics and artificial intelligence to join our data chapter in the engineering area. This person will be key to the development of crew planning solutions for a major airline client, generating direct impact on complex operational processes.
What You Will Do
Develop machine learning and causal inference models in a dynamic, iterative and continuous learning environment. Participate in large-scale projects, with real impact on business strategic decisions.

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences, Economics or related fields.
- More than 2 years of experience in applied data science projects.
- Advanced handling of programming tools such as Python and SQL.
- Experience in predictive modeling, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and advanced statistical analysis.
- Ability to communicate findings through effective visualizations and use of tools such as Jupyter, R or Excel.
- Experience in GCP and version management with Git.
