Role Overview

We are looking for a Group Specialist Digital Marketing to join our dynamic team at OQEMA. The role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing digital multichannel marketing and communication campaigns. The successful candidate will have approximately three years of professional experience in digital marketing and will be responsible for developing target-group-oriented content and communication measures.

What You Will Do

The Group Specialist Digital Marketing will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting relevant marketing KPIs to measure campaign success and continuous performance optimization. They will also create, maintain, and further develop website and landing page content, and analyze the performance of digital marketing channels.

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of marketing, communication, business administration, or a comparable field of study
• Approximately three years of professional experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or campaign management
• Practical experience in the conception and implementation of target-group-oriented digital multichannel campaigns
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing, and marketing automation tools
• Strong hands-on mentality and joy in the independent implementation of digital content and campaigns
• Analytical understanding and interest in marketing KPIs and the ability to derive concrete optimization measures from data
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable marketing platforms is an advantage
