Role Overview
The Sales Compensation Operations Analyst plays a key role in translating go-to-market and sales compensation strategy into accurate, scalable, and effective operational processes. This role partners across Sales, Sales Strategy, Finance, Product, Compensation, Systems, and other teams to solve complex business problems and ensure sales compensation operations support evolving business needs.
What You Will Do
Manage product hierarchy, sales-role mappings, and eligibility rules; execute and validate product additions, removals, reclassifications, role changes, and eligibility updates; support operational readiness for product launches, compensation plan changes, sales reorganizations, new GTM motions, and other business transformations.

Requirements
- Experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical function.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, controls, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated continuous-improvement mindset with experience identifying and implementing process improvements and automation.
- Interest in and practical application of AI, automation, and emerging technologies; experience with AI-assisted tools such as Codex is a plus.
