Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to actively shape and further develop our marketing and communications activities. The role involves planning, implementation, and further development of marketing measures, creation and coordination of content, and cooperation with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing measures, creating and maintaining target group-oriented content, caring for social media channels, and planning and coordinating events.

Requirements

• Professional experience in marketing and communications
• Completed studies or a comparable training in marketing, communication, media, or a related subject area
• Experience in planning and implementing marketing and communications measures
• Secure handling of digital communication channels and social media
• Experience in creating and preparing target group-oriented content
• Good understanding of brand communication, content marketing, and digital marketing trends
• Ability to analyze marketing measures based on relevant key figures and derive optimization potential from them
• Creativity and a good sense of language, content, and target group-oriented communication
• Team ability and an open and professional approach to internal and external contact partners
• Fluency in German in word and writing and communicative strength
