Role Overview
Orion Innovation is seeking a senior Salesforce Developer to participate in the design, development, and implementation of business solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The role requires a professional with solid experience in Salesforce development, integrations, and technical leadership, capable of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Salesforce, build custom components using Apex and LWC, implement integrations with internal and external systems, participate in requirement analysis and technical design, collaborate with business, architecture, and development teams, and ensure code quality through best practices and testing.

Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Solid experience in Apex
- Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Visualforce and Flows
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations
- Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience participating in technical solution design
- Experience performing code reviews and technical mentorship
- Intermediate-advanced English for reading and technical communication
