Senior Organic Growth Expert

Role Overview

As a Senior Organic Growth Expert, you will be responsible for accelerating Orus’ organic growth, in France and internationally. Your goal is to increase visibility, qualified leads, and signed contracts without relying on paid advertising.

What You Will Do

You will work on SEO strategy and performance, GEO, CRO, AI, and automation to improve site performance and conversion paths, and accompany the launch of new products.

We are looking for an analytical profile with 4 to 7 years of experience in SEO/GEO, organic growth, or Growth Marketing, with a strong interest in netlinking, digital press relations, AI workflows, and automation.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in SEO/GEO, organic growth, or Growth Marketing
• Concrete experience in GEO / AI Search, or strong demonstrated interest in the subject
• Concrete experience in CRO and experimentation (A/B tests, funnel analysis)
• Experience in a startup or scale-up, ideally international, on a B2B product or in a regulated sector (insurance, fintech, legaltech…)
• Analytical profile and business-oriented, able to link organic performance to revenue
• Autonomous, you take ownership of the strategy from start to finish
• Strong interest in netlinking and digital press relations
• Strong interest in AI workflows and automation
• Fluent French and professional English
