UAE National – FinOps Assistant

Role Overview

The Finance Operations team is seeking a detail-oriented and organized UAE National to join as a FinOps Assistant. This role involves building practical experience across day-to-day finance processes and supporting the accurate and efficient running of business operations.

What You Will Do

The FinOps Assistant will support the processing of invoices, expense claims, and other finance-related transactions accurately and on time. They will also assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, maintain financial records, and support reconciliations and reporting.

Requirements

• UAE National
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Some experience in a finance, accounts, or administrative role (advantageous)
• Basic understanding of finance processes (beneficial)
• Good numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to learn finance systems and tools
• Well-organized, dependable, and able to manage routine tasks and deadlines
• Clear communication skills and a professional approach
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Discretion and a responsible approach to handling confidential information
• Fluency in English (required); Arabic language skills (advantageous)
