Senior Manager, Healthcare & Ecosystem Partner Marketing

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Healthcare & Ecosystem Partner Marketing will build and own Oura’s healthcare and ecosystem partner marketing strategy, working closely with Product Marketing and Integrated Marketing teams.

The role involves owning go-to-market for Oura’s healthcare partnerships, translating product positioning into channel plans, and driving adoption behaviors through partner audiences and channels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, portfolio or product marketing, ecosystem marketing, or commercial marketing in a high-growth B2B, B2B2C, or consumer health company
• Direct experience marketing in or with healthcare — digital health, pharma, payer, provider, or health system environments
• Proven experience building and owning portfolio-level GTM strategy across multiple products or offerings
• Demonstrated success driving co-marketing with large, strategic partners, including executive-level partner relationships
• Experience designing partner marketing programs that scale beyond one-off activations
• Strong experience defining success metrics and KPI structures for partner and portfolio marketing
• Working knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance, claims substantiation, and legal/regulatory review processes
• Experience working closely with commercial, partnerships, and clinical teams
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable with travel (20-25%) for partner meetings, industry moments, and key launches
