Finance Operations Executive

Role Overview

The Finance Operations Executive is responsible for all finance operations of the New Markets (NM) business, working closely with the Group Finance Controller. The role plays a critical part in bridging NM operations and the Global Shared Services (GSS) team in the Philippines, coordinating the operational finance activities performed across both teams.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include taking responsibility for all NM finance operations, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, on time and in line with group policies. The role also involves coordinating with and supporting the Group Payroll Manager on NM payroll matters, handling internal and external communications related to financial transactions, and processing improvement and global alignment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and hands-on experience across billing and accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA)
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting operations in a service Company with Global operations
• Experience in process standardization or the transition of finance processes to a shared services center is an advantage
