Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on engineer who loves building things, experimenting with new technologies, and finding smarter ways to get work done. You will work directly with our CTO and collaborate with teams across the company, from Engineering and Product to Sales, Support, Finance, and HR.

Build & automate, help teams get more out of AI, shape how we use AI.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a similarly hands-on technical role
- Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, agents, integrations, or automations using LLMs
- Experience taking technical solutions from idea to implementation, ideally building tools that people actually use
- Comfortable working with APIs, integrating different systems, and solving technical problems independently
- Proactive and naturally curious, you enjoy understanding how people work, spotting opportunities, and building solutions without waiting to be asked
- Comfortable working with both technical and nontechnical teams, and able to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical way
- Fluent English and Hebrew
