Role Overview

Become part of OXG and take over the overall responsibility for Finance Operations, Tax & Treasury. In this role, you will be responsible for and lead the areas of Accounting, Reporting & Tax, Treasury, and Finance Projects & Systems, and shape a high-performance, scalable, and future-oriented finance organization actively.

What You Will Do

Your tasks: You will take over the strategic and operational management of the finance operations core functions and ensure that our finance organization is efficient, scalable, and future-proof. You will be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, as well as precise and reliable shareholder and management reporting as a basis for informed management and corporate decisions.

Requirements

• in-depth knowledge of IFRS and HGB accounting, reporting processes, tax compliance, and financial projects and systems
• strategic thinking with high operational implementation competence
• manage change processes sovereignly, from conception to sustainable implementation
• completed study or a comparable qualification in the commercial or financial field
