Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Manager – Enterprise & Campus Networking to lead technical pre-sales engagements, design robust network architectures, and provide technical leadership throughout the sales lifecycle to enable digital transformation and modern connectivity.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Networking, Network Infrastructure, Telecommunications, or ICT solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or network consultancy role.
- Proven experience designing and positioning enterprise networking solutions for medium to large commercial organisations.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise LAN, WLAN, network management, and network security technologies.
- Experience supporting the complete sales lifecycle, including customer discovery, solution design, proof-of-concept (PoC), proposal development, and technical presentations.
- Experience preparing technical responses for RFI, RFP, RFQ, and competitive tender submissions.
- Strong knowledge of Fabric LAN architecture, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), Layer 2 and Layer 3 network design, high availability and resiliency, and multicast networking.
- Experience with enterprise wireless networking, including Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, RF planning and optimisation, wireless site surveys, controller-based and cloud-managed wireless, high-density deployments, and secure wireless authentication (802.1X, WPA3).
- Strong understanding of data centre networking, including spine-leaf architectures, EVPN-VXLAN, network virtualisation, high-speed Ethernet (10/25/40/100GbE), and data centre interconnect.
- Familiarity with network operational automation principles, including AI-assisted network operations (AIOps), zero-touch provisioning, infrastructure APIs, telemetry and analytics, and policy-driven network management.
- Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders, including IT Managers, Infrastructure Managers, and Solution Architects.
