Role Overview

The Business Manager for the Go-To-Market (GTM) organisation will sit close to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and work directly with the VPs of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to keep the organisation running smoothly, moving quickly, and pulling in the same direction.

What You Will Do

The Business Manager will support the GTM leadership team with translating the company strategy into a GTM plan, deliver a regular cadence to track progress, sharpen ‘what’s next,’ and drive accountability, and run smooth, connected GTM operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy consulting, or a similar cross-functional operating role, with direct experience working within a GTM organisation.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy consulting, or a similar cross-functional operating role
  • Direct experience working within a GTM organisation (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps)
  • Experience working in or closely with Tech focused go-to-market teams
  • Strong programme and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A structured, data-informed approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and the realities of a scaling, fully distributed company
