Financial Analyst

Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst at The PAC Group, you will analyze financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs), identify variances, and provide clear explanations and recommendations. You will support annual budgeting and interim forecasting processes, develop financial models, and prepare financial management reports. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic decisions, improve financial processes, and ensure data integrity across financial systems and reports.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing financial results, identifying variances, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, developing financial models, preparing financial reports, and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4-7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting
• Advanced / expert proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, lookups)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• High attention to detail and accuracy
