Role Overview
Partner with the Brand Leader to bring brand strategy and launches to life across various departments. The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for driving annual brand plans, launches, and commercialization across key retail channels.
What You Will Do
Launches and brand plans, cross-functional partnership, launch tools, business insight, portfolio and innovation, content hub, omnichannel dissemination, copy and proofing, 360 coverage, and reporting and process.

Requirements
- BA or BS and 2–5 years in brand management, marketing, product marketing or CPG
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional project management and attention to detail
- A strong writer who can craft hooks and headlines and deliver clean, proofed copy
- A clear communicator who builds strong relationships across teams
- Understanding of omnichannel and retail partner content needs
- DAM or SharePoint and UGC usage rights experience a plus
- A genuine passion for beauty, wellness and building meaningful brands
