Role Overview
The Product Enablement Manager drives product training execution and commercial team readiness across Pacvue by producing high-impact resources and leading training programs to ensure that all customer success and sales team members have the knowledge and confidence to effectively position and sell Pacvue products.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in training resources development and/or training program delivery
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex SaaS products quickly and explain features clearly to diverse audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate product complexity into clear, actionable messaging
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build alignment across teams and with external contacts such as partners and clients
- Proven ownership of client-facing product communications, such as release notes, product roadmaps, or in-product guidance, with strong judgment on what to share externally and how to frame it
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and prioritize competing demands with minimal oversight
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to distill large amounts of information and communicate what matters most to specific audiences
- Experience in SaaS, marketing technology, advertising tech, or B2B software environments
- Strong grounding in learning and instructional design principles (e.g., adult learning theory, retention and engagement techniques), applied with independent judgment to shape how training content is structured and delivered
