Role Overview
The VP of Revenue Operations will sit at the heart of Paddle’s GTM engine, owning the systems, insights, and operating rhythms that power Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams. This role will define the operational backbone of the business, influence commercial direction, and ensure the GTM organisation is equipped to win at scale.
What You Will Do
The VP of Revenue Operations will drive the GTM drumbeat, balancing operational rigour with strategic foresight. This includes acting as a trusted partner to the CRO and CMO, owning the design and implementation of Paddle’s GTM operating model, and leading a high-performing Deal Desk function.
