Operations & Growth Director

Role Overview

The role involves leading operations, technology, and data strategy to ensure scalability and efficiency of the platform as the business volume grows. The successful applicant will have 8-12 years of experience in fintech, lending, and/or digital financial services platforms.

What You Will Do

Lead the operations, technology, and data strategy, design and implement advanced Business Intelligence and analytics models, drive digital transformation and process automation, and identify and implement profitable growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in fintech, lending, and/or digital financial services platforms
• Previous experience in Operations, Business Operations, Growth, Strategy, Transformation, COO Office, or similar positions
• Experience in alternative financing, direct lending, factoring, confirming, crowdlending, or private debt
• Analytical mindset and strong data orientation
• Ability to combine strategic vision with operational execution
