Role Overview
The Sales Finance team is looking for an experienced finance professional to drive operational excellence across the Sales Finance function. The role involves owning process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow optimizations to enhance speed, accuracy, and cross-team collaboration.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will own process and workflow optimization, drive automation and tool development, and provide hands-on operational support during peak periods. They will also collaborate with forecasting teams to ensure process improvements integrate seamlessly with weekly execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
- 3+ years in finance operations, process improvement, systems implementation, or sales operations
