Sales Manager – BNPL

The Sales Manager manages BNPL sales promoters across partner stores, ensuring they achieve financing sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2-3 years’ experience in sales supervision (telecom, BNPL, fintech, or FMCG preferred).
• Strong understanding of customer onboarding, KYC, and credit processes.
• Leadership experience managing field teams.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Good analytical and reporting ability.
