Role Overview

The VP of Revenue Enablement is a new leadership role responsible for building and leading the Enablement function at Parachute Health. The role will take over the existing Enablement team and programs, and build a durable, well-resourced function with a clear operating model. The VP will have latitude to shape the team as the function matures.

What You Will Do

The VP will build and lead the team, own the enablement program, drive rep-side HubSpot adoption, enable partners and the channel, build and maintain playbooks, and partner with Revenue Operations, Revenue Systems, and Data Analytics.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or a related revenue leadership role, including 5+ years leading teams. They will have a track record of building or scaling an enablement function and experience supporting multiple sales motions or segments.

  • 10+ years in revenue enablement, sales training, or a related revenue leadership role
  • 5+ years leading teams
  • Experience supporting multiple sales motions or segments
  • Experience enabling partners or a channel who sell on your behalf
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
