Quality Assurance Data Analyst

Role Overview

Paradigm is seeking a Quality Assurance Data Analyst to support our client, Epiq, on its Class Action Data Services team. This is a hands-on data quality role for someone who enjoys digging into data, understanding how it moves through complex systems, and making sure the final output is accurate.

What You Will Do

Validate the accuracy and completeness of data imports, updates, transformations, and extracts involving datasets ranging from hundreds to millions of records. Review and understand the logic behind complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and other database processes.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
• 2+ years of strong database testing or data-validation experience, including writing and executing complex SQL queries
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with T-SQL, ANSI-89, and/or ANSI-92 SQL
• Strong working knowledge of relational databases and the ability to understand moderately to highly complex SQL logic
• Experience reviewing and understanding stored procedures, functions, triggers, and database logic
• Experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, QA/Data Testing, Process Specialist, or similar analytical role
• Strong analytical skills and deductive reasoning, with exceptional attention to detail
• Working knowledge of data modeling and data organization concepts
• Familiarity with extract, transform, and load (ETL) concepts, tools, and processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
