Role Overview
Paraform is disrupting how companies hire, and we’re looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to help us hire the best people. You’ll be hands-on sourcing, closing, and iterating on our process, while also laying the recruiting infrastructure that scales with us.
What You Will Do
Full-Cycle Recruiting, Talent Strategy, Talent Operations, and People Ops. You’ll also serve as a genuine ambassador for Paraform’s mission.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We’re looking for someone with 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, a proven track record closing strong candidates, and deep sourcing chops. You should have a high ownership mentality, a builder mindset, and be excited to create process and structure where there isn’t any.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for non-technical and GTM roles
