Role Overview
The GTM Lead Germany will be responsible for opening Parallel’s first international market in Germany, building the team, and creating a validated, repeatable market by the end of 2027. The role requires a native German speaker with 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in a quota-carrying role. The GTM Lead will own everything from prospecting to signed contracts, shape the local product, and build the German team from zero.
What You Will Do
The GTM Lead will take Parallel from zero to a validated, repeatable market in Germany by the end of 2027, with outcomes including 2-3 flagship hospitals as paying customers, 2M€ ARR, and a local team of around 15. The role involves building the pipeline, signing the first pilots, adapting the pitch to the German healthcare context, and hiring a team growing from 0 to around 12 across sales, ops, engineers, and setting up the office.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate is a builder who wants to open a market, not run one. They should have a strong understanding of the German healthcare system, be comfortable with ambiguity, and have experience in quota-carrying B2B sales roles. The candidate should also be able to convince first hires to join a company that nobody in Germany knows yet and be open to regular trips to Paris with a long-term base in Germany.
