Join Pardgroup’s Business Development team in Dublin to operate within an international environment, delivering tailored solutions for client companies operating in the retail sector.
What You Will Do
Analyze the Irish retail market, identify sector trends, engage new clients, build relationships, recommend tailored retail solutions, and negotiate pricing and contracts.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar commercial role, a proven record of finding and closing new business, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Previous professional experience in a similar commercial role, of at least 2-3 years
- A proven record of finding, developing, and closing new business in the retail sector
- A good understanding of retail fit-out, design and production
- Good knowledge of IT tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and CRM
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders
- Availability to travel locally for business trips
- The right to work in Ireland
