Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring sales forecasts are achieved, managing BDC expenses, and producing weekly and monthly reports for senior management. The role will also involve monitoring advertising expense and its return on investment, establishing performance targets for the Business Development Representative (BDR) team, and maintaining the BDC department’s financial performance.

The main day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring sales forecasts are achieved, managing BDC expenses, producing reports, monitoring advertising expense, establishing performance targets, and maintaining financial performance.

Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- College level achievement preferred
- Five years of automotive business development center experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver license
- Professional personal appearance
