Parts Town is seeking a Business Development Specialist to find, develop, and maintain relationships with service contractors in the commercial foodservice and HVAC industries. The ideal candidate is proactive, passionate about building something new, and has excellent communication skills. The role involves making outbound calls, identifying new opportunities, and providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, customer service, or account management
  • Experience in the commercial foodservice or HVAC industries is a plus
  • Proactive and organized with initiative and follow-through
  • Resilient with a growth mindset
  • Fantastic communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
