Senior Analyst of Financial Operations

Role Overview

The Senior Analyst of Financial Operations will own assigned brand remittances, improve data and processes, and partner with Development and Engineering on data and automation projects.

What You Will Do

Own assigned brand remittances end to end, reconcile sales activity, serve as primary Fin Ops contact, and lead data and automation improvements.

Four to six years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related analytical role, including ownership of recurring, deadline-driven processes.

Requirements

• Four to six years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related analytical role
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience using AI to analyze data, develop prototypes, and identify automation opportunities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite and BI platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
• Experience with payment reconciliations, remittance processes, or high-volume transaction data
