Role Overview
The Finance team at Patreon ensures the business runs efficiently, compliantly, and with integrity as we continue to scale globally. The FP&A Senior Manager will be part of the Strategic Finance team within Finance. You’ll work closely with the business partner finance leads, Tax, Treasury, Fin Ops, and Execs.
What You Will Do
Own the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle, from P&L variance and KPIs to the commentary and materials for leadership reviews, board meetings, and investor updates. Lead the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range plan, working with the GTM, G&A, and EPD finance partners to bring together one company view.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting
- Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven decision making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
