Commercial Lines Account Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing Commercial Lines team. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day service needs of assigned commercial insurance clients, supporting renewal submissions, preparing proposals, and providing timely product and coverage support.

What You Will Do

Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients, Producers, carrier partners, and internal team members. Manage daily account service activities for assigned commercial lines accounts, including client inquiries, policy support, and coverage-related requests.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial insurance customer service, account management, or insurance sales experience
• Active New York Property & Casualty insurance license
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, coverages, carrier rating platforms, and policy servicing processes
• Claims experience helpful but not required
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business technology
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, peers, Producers, and carrier partners
