Customer Success Manager (CSM / Account Manager) role involves managing client relationships, driving product adoption, and protecting + growing revenue across a portfolio of accounts.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS or service roles
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience using customer success platforms such as Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable leading QBRs, demos, and strategic client reviews
  • Strong organizational and account management abilities
