Digital Marketing Account Manager

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Account Manager will manage and optimize digital marketing performance for a portfolio of approximately 15–20 client accounts, focusing heavily on Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO for businesses in the storage, parking, and local-service industries.

The role involves managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles, executing local SEO strategies, monitoring local search performance, and implementing hands-on improvements. You will also independently manage client accounts, maintain consistent communication, and lead monthly client meetings.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience focused on execution
• Proven experience optimizing Google Business Profiles
• Strong local SEO knowledge, including local ranking factors, citations, NAP consistency, and review strategies
• Experience independently managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong ability to select, operate, and evaluate digital marketing tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data
• Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and extract relevant performance information
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-directed approach with the ability to work independently without micromanagement
• Professional spoken English suitable for client-facing communication
• Availability during U.S. business hours
