Role Overview
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage relationships and marketing performance for a portfolio of local business clients. This role combines client account management, Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, performance reporting, and AI-assisted execution.
What You Will Do
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, monitor local search visibility and ranking performance, implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics, and use AI-assisted marketing execution to accelerate day-to-day marketing workflows.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related role
- Experience working with local businesses or SMB clients preferred
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles
- Experience with review management and local listing accuracy
- Working proficiency with Google Search Console
- Working proficiency with Google Analytics
- Ability to interpret marketing data and explain findings to non-technical clients
- Professional experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
- Strong editorial judgment when reviewing AI-generated content
- Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts
- Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
- Availability to work full-time U.S. Mountain Time hours
