Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, PPC, SEO, paid media, and social media. This is a hands-on execution role focused on generating measurable growth through paid and organic acquisition.

What You Will Do

You’ll have direct ownership over Google Ads and PPC campaigns, SEO and organic search growth, paid media optimization, social media engagement, conversion and lead generation performance, campaign analytics, testing, and reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on digital or performance marketing experience
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads, PPC / Paid Search, SEO, Social media management
• Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Paid media optimization
• Experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush and/or Ahrefs, Meta Ads platforms
• Strong keyword research and campaign optimization skills
• Strong copywriting and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret marketing data and make optimization decisions
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. business hours
