GoHighLevel Marketing Operations Specialist

Role Overview

This is a hands-on marketing operations role that requires experience with GoHighLevel, marketing operations, social media, and executive support. The successful candidate will work closely with entrepreneurial leadership to ensure campaigns, communication, CRM workflows, content, and operational priorities are executed accurately and on time.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of this role include building and managing workflows inside GoHighLevel, creating and maintaining marketing automations, email campaigns, and nurture sequences, and ensuring accurate contact and pipeline records. Additionally, the candidate will create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms, manage comments and direct messages, and support marketing campaigns, launches, and promotions.

Requirements

• Experience in one or more of the following: Marketing Operations, Marketing Coordination, Executive Assistance, Virtual Assistance, Operations Support
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Experience building or managing: CRM workflows, Marketing automations, Email campaigns, Follow-up sequences
• Strong proficiency with: Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Drive
• Experience with social media platforms including: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
• Familiarity with: Canva, Veed, Opus Clips, Similar content-editing tools
• Strong written English communication skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
